We perform comprehensive, integrated actions aimed to prepare companies and institutions for crisis situations. Simultaneously we develop and implement strategies that solve the situations already in place.

For many years we have advised our clients on crisis situations communication; owing to that we know how many areas of company activities may be affected by them. Therefore, as the first agency in the marketplace, we are introducing a service that  offers an integrated and comprehensive approach to crisis situations prevention and resolution.

We have established a close cooperation with such professional business partners as the legal office Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak and HRK human resources consulting company, offering to our clients full support in difficult business situations. Depending on the type of crisis situation we propose, besides the consulting services in communications, as well as legal assistance of one of the leading legal offices operating on the Polish market which specializes, among others, in labour law concerning redundancies, commercial law as regards in the field of mergers, takeovers, antitrust law and competition law. Our second partner – HRK - offers an effective human resources management in crisis situations, e.g. with the dedicated program of professional support of outplacement, it minimizes negative effects of potential redundancies and maximizes benefits achieved from the program by laid-off employees.

Based on the innovative thinking of Issue Management, we prepare large extensive analyses of the functioning of various company areas, and on this basis we develop detailed scenarios of potential threats. As a result we have developed detailed procedures and standards of behaviours and communication, which help minimize the possible negative effects of crisis situations.
