    Jerzy Ciszewski

    The founder and President of the Ciszewski Public Relations agency established in 1994. He is an experienced expert in strategic consulting, management, corporate communication. A graduate of Warsaw Academy of Physical Education. A former member of the national team in Olympic “470-class sailing”, a multiple representative of our country, Polish vice-champion in 1980. He started his professional career as a journalist, first working for Rzeczpospolita, and then for Gazeta Wyborcza as a deputy director of the sports department. In Public Relations business since 1990s. He was a strategic adviser on image creation of many companies and products, for example for Procter&Gamble, R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, Telekomunikacja Polska, Citi Bank, Ericsson. In the period of 2004 – 2005 he was the Chief Adviser in the Chancellery of Prime Minister Marek Belka. In 2005 he was nominated a under-secretary, and afterwards a secretary of state in the Ministry of Sport. As a representative of Polish Government, he took part in the preparations of the joint Polish-Ukrainian project concerning Euro 2012. He specializes in public relations strategies, information management in crisis situations and sport marketing.

    He is an expert in: crisis situations management, policy marketing and sport marketing. In over 20 years of functioning on the Polish public relations market he took part, supervised, consulted hundreds of various strategies and implementation for virtually every business sector.

    A trainer with many years of experience. He prepares top management staff for media contacts, public appearances. He also teaches about information management in crisis situation. He willingly shares his knowledge with young profession apprentices, by facilitating classes at Postgraduate Studies in Public Relations at Warsaw University and at London School of Public Relations. Member of Polish Public Relations Consultancies Association and PR Ethics Council.

    A sports enthusiast, he actively practices windsurfing, plays squash, rides a bike, skis and snowboards. He is interested in photography, WW II history, cars. His favourite character is Winnie the Pooh and his friends.

    Sebastian Hejnowski

    Managing Director at Ciszewski MSL and Chief Operating Officer at MSLGROUP Poland with numerous years of experience in consulting and marketing communication.

    Sebastian graduated from the Poznan University of Economics and the Warsaw School of Economics. He joined Ciszewski in 2004 as a Group Manager and in 2006 he was head of a team dedicated to supporting the national project for the occupational activation of disabled people titled “Send your CV – Someone is waiting”. In 2007 he became the Managing Director at Ciszewski Public Relations.

    Hejnowski is a renowned expert in the field of crisis and social communication, communication for companies in the travel & tourism sector as well as in public affairs. In 2008 he initiated a social campaign “Time for reading. Books – an enriching experience”, in the frames of which the “Świat Książki” publishing house along with the Agora Foundation donated more than one million books, worth about PLN 4 million, to Polish libraries.

    Furthermore he was an advisor to the European Solidarity Centre (ECS – Europejskie Centrum Solidarności), which is responsible for the commemoration of the heritage and the idea of “Solidarity", not only in Poland but abroad as well.

    He strategically advised on image creation of many companies, including SABMiller, Carrefour, Ryanair, Carlsberg and ITI Neovision. He willingly shares his knowledge of public relations at media trainings and practical classes.

    Sebastian is an active member and former Vice-president of the Polish Public Relations Consultancies Association as well as a member of the Polish Public Relations Association. Co-author of numerous publications including "Sztuka Public Relations", his articles were printed in Harvard Business Review Polska, Think Tank Magazine and many others.

    A passionate traveler, Sebastian has visited over 70 countries. He is interested in culture, geography and economy.
